14 week CSA whole share running from Tuesday June 30, 2020 until September 29, 2020
14 weeks of vegetables, herbs, and fruits, picked that morning for optimum freshness--whatever is at its peak that week is what you get--only the best! Also, if our growing season goes beyond 14 weeks, you will get the additional weeks (up to 16 total) free!
Other than our natural and pesticide free herbs, fruits, and vegetables, one of best kept secrets that our families love the most is that every week you receive a full size Billie"s Soap Product. We start the year with our famous Body Scrub, continue with an array of soaps, bath bombs, oatmeal milk bath, bath salts, dryer bags, and laundry soap.
The value from these products alone is over $175.00! Included each week is a wide selection of delicious produce. Selections depend on weather and harvest dates, but usually you can expect some salad greens, a brassica (broccoli, kale, turnips, etc.), onions, root vegetables, and herbs. The full list includes several varieties each of tomatoes, peppers, squash (summer and winter), and chard; and at least one variety of each of potatoes, radishes, carrots, peas, beans, pumpkins, melons, cauliflower, beets, spinach, and much, much more. We plant almost exclusively varieties of heirloom vegetables and fruits--we believe it is improtant to keep these foods around.
Finally, because we are a small CSA that prides ourselves on catering to our individual member families, families that sign up early get input on which of their favorite crops we include in our growing season.
